I agree with the nature and placement of the design, am certain of the spelling, dates and times (if applicable), and have been informed by the Makabre Tattoo Shop team of the following:

Permanent nature : a tattoo is a superficial skin abrasion that causes permanent changes to the skin. Its removal (laser) is long, expensive and sometimes incomplete.
Pain and scarring : the procedure may be painful; the final quality of the tattoo depends on strict adherence to aftercare.
Health risks : although equipment is sterile, risk of infection or reaction exists if hygiene rules are not followed.
Touch-ups : the tattoo's appearance may change over time.
